Hi! I’m Lauren! A single member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
I love the gospel and learning more about it and how it applies in real life. I want to help you do that too so we can all be closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus.
There are so many resources online for studying the gospel as a family (mostly they are talking about with kids). But when you don’t have kids or teenagers sometimes you just want a more grown-up way to study.
I started this blog in 2020. Honestly I haven’t added much too it other than a few blog posts and some freebies. For years I was struggling to know what to do with it. I thought I had to create something that families could use to study better. I was fighting a losing battle. I didn’t know how to teach families how to study. I don’t have kids. And at the same time I was struggling to find resources that weren’t for kids, teenagers, or families.
Don’t get me wrong. Families are great. I’m all for families. But the day I realized that I should stop trying to help parents and start trying to help singles, childless, and adults with grown children, everything just fell in to place. I had been trying to fit into a box that wasn’t designed for me, and my actual life experiences could help me to help others that have the same struggles I’ve had.
Because of this change of direction, you can expect to see some changes come to this site. I want this to be a much better resource for you to study the gospel like grown-up.
